2. 安装DBD::Oracle

说明DBI已经安装好了。
3. 下载并安装相关oracle软件包
下载地址：
因为我的Oracle版本是10.2.0.5，所以下载10205的客户端软件包

4. 安装DBD-Oracle
--关闭监听，数据库
