Navicat连接不上Ubuntu中的MySQL服务器，提示:2003- cant connect to mysql server on …..(10061)
解决方法

mysql> grant all privileges on *.* to root@"%" identified by "root";

mysql> exit
root@linuxidc.com:/etc/mysql# grep -R address *
mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf:bind-address= 127.0.0.1
root@linuxidc.com:/etc/mysql# vi mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf
bind-address = 127.0.0.1
这条语句显示的绑定了本地IP地址，以至于增加权限也无济于事。我尝试着屏蔽它，使他成为这样"#bind-address = 127.0.0.1"。
root@linuxidc.com:/etc/mysql# sudo /etc/init.d/mysql restart
OK，问题解决。
