Georgi Karavasilev开发了一个叫做 Mechanig的图形化工具，可以用来刷新软件仓库，升级软件包，清除残余的.deb包和多余的软件包。
在该工具的第一个版本中，包含了如下的功能:
Refresh repositories
Upgrades packages
Removes unnesseary pacakges
Removes pacakges that can not be installed from the package list (apt-get autoclean)
Removes Deb files downloaded by apt
Opimizes apt
Optimizes ram
在Ubuntu上安装Mechanig
Ubuntu9.10，10.04，10.10，11.04上，打开终端，输入命令:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kokoto-Java/usu-extras
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mechanig
