从 HandlerExecutionChain 获取处理器 handler，根据 handler 类型去匹配对应的适配器。我们平时最常写的 Controller 用来处理请求的方法对应的 handler 类型是 HandlerMethod,匹配的适配器是 RequestMappingHandlerAdapter。
