Win7系统上GVim为cscope增加数据库文件的bat文件--记录

::此.bat文件使用方法： 在Win7系统的cmd.exe环境下输入，xxx.bat Path:\xxx\yyy\zzz GVIMx 0/1,其中第二个参数是源代码路径，第三个参数是已打开的GVim的实例

::（且是空的，没有打开任何目录及文件），比如GVIM,GVIM1,GVIM2等；第四个参数控制是否在GVim实例中打开源代码根目录
